Mr. Jeremy Jarvaris Lockhart, affectionately known as “Kowboy” or “ Sarge” to family and friends, was born on April 4, 1990 to Kelley Sewell and Jeremy Lockhart. Jeremy J. Lockhart entered his heavenly rest on January 27, 2024 in Albany GA.

He was educated in both Fulton and Doughtery County School System graduating in 2008 from Doughtery County High School. Upon graduating from college Jeremy made the ultimate sacrifice of joining the United States Army in 2010. A brotherhood in which less than 1 % of Americans serve.   While serving in the military he won and earned several awards and medals. After his military tour ended, he returned back to Albany remaining steadfast to his passion and continued his professional career as a diesel mechanic.

In 2011, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and joined Greater Grace COGIC.  Shortly after, Jeremy and his wife then college sweetheart welcomed their first child into the world Jalia Lockhart in May 2012. Jeremy passions were his family, church, hunting, fishing, music, and riding motorcycles. Jeremy was an impeccable husband, father, brother, uncle, grandson and son. Remaining true to his core values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless, service, honor, integrity and courage lived with him until he departed this earth.

He was proceeded in death by his daughter Jameiah Emory Lockhart; his great grandmother Ms. Mary Oatman, his grandparents Ms. Ira Mae Freeman, Mr. Charles Robinson, Mr. Henry Lockhart, and Ms. Eva Mae Kendle.
