Terry Mathis of Albany, GA passed away at Phoebe Putney Hospital. Funeral Service will be held April `13,2019 at 2.PM in the sanctuary of New Provisor Missionary Baptist Church , 3014 Sylvester Rd, Albany, GA 31705. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
