Arthur “Whistle” Horne of Moultrie, GA passed away Tuesday December 26, 2017 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral Service will be held Saturday January 6th, 2018 at 1:00P.M. in the Sanctuary of Mother Easter Baptist Church 1400 W Central Ave, Moultrie, GA 31768. Interment will follow in the Strong Memorial Gardens.
