Ms. Virgina Phillips ,57 of Moultrie, Georgia  departed this life on November 28,2023 at her residence.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 9,2023 at 12 Noon in the Antioch Baptist Church, 3512 Moultrie Rd Albany GA 31705. Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The public viewing will take place Friday,  December 8,2023 at the Doris Strong &Litman Funeral Home Chapel 201 5th Avenue NW , Moultrie, GA 31768.
